TUBE QUALIFY software is specifically designed for pipeline inspection and production control, providing a complete measurement solution for complex analysis and processing management of pipeline components. TUBE QUALIFY utilizes close-range photogrammetry, stereo vision, and spatial cylindrical 3D reconstruction techniques to rapidly reconstruct a 3D catheter model, compare it with a theoretical 3D model, and calculate measurement deviations. Furthermore, users can perform tube digitization and reverse engineering based on the measured 3D catheter model.

TUBE QUALIFY software can be used for reverse design, process manufacturing, quality inspection, and more. It provides a rich variety of tube bending measurement data, including XYZ, YBC, and sheath deviation. The data supports file formats such as txt, asc, and xlsx, and supports TCP/IP and Modbus communication methods to achieve data connectivity with tube bending machines.
